If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any items within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund, credit or replacement.
No need to call or write - here's all you do:
Step 1. Download, print and enclose our NO HASSLE PRE-AUTHORIZED RETURN FORM inside the return package, along with all necessary information.
Step 2. Return item to its original packaging, place in a second box (to prevent damage). Tape securely.
Step 3. Use our pre-addressed Returns label or address package to: Command Surplus Returns Dept. 1669 S.E. S Niemeyer Circle 106 Port St. Lucie Fla 34952.
Step 4. Ship UPS or insured mail, prepaid, NO C.O.D.’s WILL BE ACCEPTED. Save all of your shipping receipts for proof of delivery.
You May NOT RETURN Sleeping bags, worn clothing or footwear that is soiled or used, Bikinis, bathingsuits, night-vision products, firearms, black-powder guns, ammunition, food and most military surplus items.

We recommend shipping through UPS or Fedex with appropriate insurance to cover replacement cost of the item. Should you choose to use the U.S. Postal Service to return your package, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure the product arrives safely - we will not be held responsible for returns shipped through the US Postal Service that are not received due to theft, mis-delivery, pilferage or any other reason.
Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in re-sellable condition. Though we will credit your return immediately upon processing your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be posted to your banking system.
Damaged / Defective / Warranty Repair Merchandise:
